TEAM PRICING GUIDELINES
QUALIFYING TEAM ORDERS:
These should have at least 8 complete uniforms (at least tops & bottoms, depends on the sport). These orders receive discounted pricing (approx. 10%-25% off of ft-CAS standard retail pricing). Quantity of Uniforms, Vendor Selection, & Lead Time are some of the factors used to determine the discount rate.All Team Orders require a minimum, non-refundable down-payment of approximately 50 Percent of the estimated cost of the order. All amounts due must be paid in full before any completed uniforms may be taken from the facility or shipped.
We respectfully require that the Coach or Coordinator/Sponsor/Rep (Coach CSR) make one payment for the deposit & one for the final payment, using the same payment method for both. Additional fees may apply if payments are made in a different fashion.
Unless otherwise specified (and as long as there is sufficient time to do so), all qualifying team orders include a sizing run. We will have the Coach CSR select sizes that will most likely fit the best for that particular team. Once these sizes arrive from the vendor, we will have the Coach CSR take these to a practice or other team meeting and fill out the roster with player names/numbers/sizes/special notes.
Any order that is NOT a qualifying team order will be subject to S&H Fees Ranging from $12.50 - $37.50 per vendor.
The normal processing time for uniforms is 2-3 weeks once we have all of the information.
In the event we use our Limited Price Match Offer for any uniform order, order processing may take longer, and other restrictions may apply. Any PRICE MATCH offer will NOT apply to screen printing, appliques, or custom twill orders, but do apply to traditional decoration options such as monogramming (for standard monograms), stock transfers, one-color or two-color standard stock vinyl, and one-color or two-color standard stock tackle twill.
Any PRICE MATCH offer must be initiated at the Point when the sale is made, and must be documented in written from (on paper with the competitors letterhead OR via email from the competitor).
